Raiffeisen Bank - Third and Fourth Week & 3D secure (english)

Third week:
It was the time to receive my card. So I went to the bank. I found out that the woman from the last week had forgotten to emitt my card. So I had to wait for another week for my card. At least I canceled the optional assurance (the one that nobody told me it is optional)

Fourth week:
Got the card with no problems. As I came home I wanted to activate the 3D secure option for the card (meaning that I can buy from sites showing the "verified by visa" banner). However, for the regsitration I was asked for the card number. I had tried several times until I had understood that I should type the number that is on the front of the card. Pay attention. Only that site (the one suggested by the bank) or PayPal can ask you for that number, and only once. Don't give the number to anyone else. When I clicked the "Finish registration" button I received a message telling me that I tried too many times, and I should contact them via e-mail or phone. I had sent them an e-mail and they replied me to call them. This is annoying.
