Between this two weeks I informed myself more about the PayPal service. I found out that I don't need an account in another currency to make external payments. However, I went again to the bank with my father, and we spoke with another woman from customer's service. I completed the contract for the Dynamic option (the standard one, with one account). My father had to write at the top of the document "I agree to the fact that my son opens an account" and signed. It was weird because the woman from the last week told my that my father had to write something like: "I am responsible for my son's transactions". So, I don't know if the fact that my father signed on the document has any importance. However, she asked me to come back a little bit later.
I came back the next day. She put me to sign several documents like: Raiffeisen Online, Raiffeisen Direct and a personal assurance. She didn't tell me that the assurance is optional. I read the assurance contract at home and realised that it was optional. She asked me to come back the next week to take my card.
